1. Making a Purchase

Making an artteko purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalouge, and click on any items hat you wish to buy and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View cart" and you can adjust the order should you wish to.  We reserve the right to make slight modifications on models of which you will be informed by email before proccessing your order.

“Proceed to check out” and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to be able to satisfy your order.

No charge will be made on your card above what you see, there are no hidden taxes or charges.

2. Shipping And handling

Usual time for an artteko to be picked up by the couriers (TNT, DHL or Federal Express) on their way to you is usually on the next day of your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  However in some instances and we shall notify you of this in advance that in the very rare cases; we may take a bit longer if the product you ordered in not in stock. In all cases, goods will be shipped guaranteed within 14 days max. 

3. Tax Charges

There are no tax charges on your order, expect if shipping address is in the Kingdom of Jordan, where the applied sales tax will be added

4. Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  We use accredited & secure international credit card proccessing company, providing additional security measure to protect your privacy and security of transaction.  Your card numbers are only decrypted after they reach your bank computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and we will not know or keep card numbers at any time on our servers, computers or data.  It is as secure as any transaction done by you in your local supermarket.

5. Guarantee

artteko will guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with a no quibble return guarantee within 3 days after taking delivery. All artteko products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months in normal use. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Your order will not be affected by any price changes in case order is placed before any change.

6. Privacy Policy

artteko will not at any time for whatsoever reason disclose buyers' information to third parties.  Your billing information will only be stored to be used:

a.  To make it easier for your next visit, saving you time to fill your billing address - should you so desire.

b.     Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes. no credit card information will ever be stored.

7. Returns Policy & Refunds

We want you to be totally satisfied with every artteko purchase you make.  It is our aim to offer you outstandingly value for money prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 3 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the delivery receipt. and we will offer you full refund and that's guaranteed!

If you decide within 3 days of receipt that you would like to return an item purchased from this website, please return it to the address indicated on the delivery recipt accompanying the goods.  You may want to photocopy the courier delivery receipt for you records, but that will not ne neccesary as we will honor all returns for unused products in it's oriniginal package within 3 days of taking delivery.

The return policy does not cover your return to us expenditure in our aim to offer you these outstanding comfort products at the lowest possible prices.  Your statutory rights are unaffected. Should you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you may do so by contacting us on mailto:customercare@artteko.com  stating your name and email and the order shipping voucher number you wish to cancel with full refund.  If you wish to cancel part of an order, write to us giving us order number and items) you wish to cancel and we shall refund your payment regarding the specified items.  If you have an Internet order query, please do not hesitate to contact us at orderinquiry@artteko.com (For security and training purposes, telephone calls to and from Customer Service Center may be recorded or monitored)
